Lack of energy is not only due to winter, when we are supposed to
Winter is about reflection, so we can reset and re-ground for the next season.
Think about it…
Winter = hibernation season.
And yet here you are, stressing out over the new year, overwhelming yourself with regrets and overcompensating by creating unrealistic goals for the next year
But many of us don’t even take this into consideration and forget that the winter season exists for a reason and has its own energy and a huge impact on your energy.
Many of us run and rush as we always do in other more sunny seasons. And then we complain about lack of energy.
This phenomenon is particularly strong during the winter. And I don’t talk about the
This can be due to several reasons. Choose which one is yours.
Reason ONE: Whenever we feel drained, it is because we are out of alignment.
And especially during winter you can see where you are in general out of alignment in your life, your business or your partnership.
All winter does is to increase what is already there.
I invite you to step back and to look at your life asking yourself the following questions:
If you took the “should” (internally or externally imposed obligations) out of your life, what do you want to do?
How would you like to do that business or relationship, when there are no “shoulds” and you get to do
Where are you not fearful?
If there is nobody who judges you, how would you like to make that business or job?
Reason TWO: You feel drained during the hibernation season because you are just not in alignment with mother nature which requires you to CHILL.
Give yourself what you need.

The reason you feel drained is because you are either out of alignment with nature or you are out of alignment with yourself and what you do.
Let me give you a little old fashioned Anglo-Saxon advice which is good in any case:
